All orders are shipped from Niarah’s studio in Finland and Amsterdam.

We carefully prepare and package each order with attention to detail. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Processing times may vary depending on the item and whether it is a ready-to-ship or made-to-order piece. Please allow additional time for customized or handcrafted items.

Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and the carrier used. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
