Niarah offers handmade, limited-edition fashion pieces and accessories. Because many items are handcrafted or produced in small quantities, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of the product and are not considered defects.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Niarah reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods shown on the website.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Niarah’s studio in Amsterdam. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, destination, and whether the product is made to order or customized.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Please note that:

  • Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns, when accepted, must comply with the return instructions provided by Niarah.
